“Orizzonte” was born from a collaboration between Jpye and Eva Peel during lockdown, This track, with its distinct Balearic influences, stands out through its elegant fusion of samba, electronic music, and syncopated disco beats, creating an atmosphere perfect for escapism.

Eva’s Italian lyrics, poetic and dreamlike, invite the listener to imagine an “orizzonte azzurro”, a blue and infinite horizon, beyond the sea and sun-drenched landscapes. The themes of escape, barefoot walks in the sand, and dancing under the stars are perfectly encapsulated in the track’s enchanting vibe. “Sogno un orizzonte lontano,” the artists sing, evoking a sense of freedom and endless journey.

Subtle touches of Da Roc (Damien Roche) on the Fender Rhodes enrich the atmosphere, with sounds that are both organic and electronic. The electric piano blends with exotic rhythms and electronic grooves, creating a hypnotic and light dynamic.

“Orizzonte” takes on a new dimension with a remix by Leonidas (Kay Susuki, Hobbes) that perfects the track for club sets and lively parties. With punchy basslines and catchy synths, Leonidas pushes the boundaries of the original while keeping its Mediterranean essence, offering a festive experience on the dancefloor.
